Q: What kind of land do you have available?
- We specialize in vacant land. The world of vacant land is vast. We do residential, commercial, infill city lots, industrial land, rural land, on grid, off grid, waterfront, mountain land and more. Please check the available inventory and feel free to send us your special requests, if we don’t have it, we can look for your specific criteria and find something for you. Some of our property may have services (i.e. sewer, water, power, cable, etc.) and some of our property may be completely raw (i.e. no sewer, water, power, etc.). We offer both since different investors want different things. We’ll let you know what is available with each property.
Q: Why are the properties discounted so much on this site? Wouldn’t you just keep the best deals for yourself?
A: You’ll find land investment properties on this site are affordable and offer extremely attractive pricing, because of our proprietary marketing systems that get in touch with land owners who need to sell their property. Often times they may want to sell because they need the money so our company can help them out by buying their raw land quickly for cash… which is a win-win. Then, we pass the discount along to you.
Q: How are the properties on this site different from ones I’d find on the MLS?
A: Great question! Most of the land investments you’ll find on our site are ones that you’ll never find on the MLS. The MLS is the “Multiple Listing Service” which is where real estate agents list properties for sale. We work directly with the home owners because many times we’re able to help them solve their problem more quickly and cheaper than listing it on the MLS.
Q: Are you an agent that lists land for sale?
A: Another great question. No, we are not agents. We buy land and sell land. We are owners of our properties. You are dealing with the property owner directly.
Q: How do I make an offer on a property?

Q: When will I have my Deed?
A: As soon as we collect payment, we will proceed to have you deed drafted, notarized and mailed to you via USPS Priority within the US or a carrier service such as UPS, Fedex or DHL if outside of the US. Often, we are able to vest the deed to you the same day by using the digital recording service that serves most counties in America and REMEMBER… our same day closing service is FREE!!!
Q: Do you charge any fees to buy or sell?
A: We don’t charge land owners a fees, we make our profits by selling for a higher price than what we bought from. We can always negotiate the closing fees if, as a buyer, you wish to use the service of an Escrow and Title Company. But, should you choose to close owner to owner, we can take care of closing same day and for free.
